  • The café is located right at the entrance. So at times when a big group of visitors come in to check into the hotel, it becomes a bit noisy

Like every other outlet of Aauris Hotel, the patisserie is also distinguished by its colour- scarlet. The whiff of freshly roasted coffee beans and bakery products welcome you as you enter the hotel. It is right at the arrival to the hotel. As the name suggests, everything is decked in shades of red. It offers everything a café would offer from salads, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas and other baked products. The 'Chef’s Salad' with its glazed balsamic dressing and a soft boiled egg topping is a refreshing and healthy dish to start with. The fish and chips is another classic which is a must-try. They use 'Bhekti' which is cooked just right enough and the batter is simply light.
