WITC - Wok In The Clouds is a different concept from its Khan Market cousin with a completely new vibe and menu. The first-floor inner circle space is appointed in royal blue, gold and lots of mirrors for a lounge-like appeal. Thumping music and a massive bar complement a bevvy of alcoholic options. My 'Rude Goli Soda' was sweet Aam Panna with Vodka in a Bunta Bottle served with slices of raw mango, while the refreshing non-alcoholic 'Fresh Fruit Iced Tea' blended brewed Black Tea into Apple Juice. WITC’s food options range from Pan Indian and Asian to Italian dishes. 'Chicken Tikka Hara Pyaz Mirchi' was grilled to a nice char but was a bit too teekha. The 'Thai Smoked Chicken' was not particularly smokey but delicious as a Peppery Chili Chicken substitute. My main-course platter of 'Sukha Mutton' was more North Indian in spicing and was served with two 'Malabari Parathas' and a bowl of 'Khatti (Yellow) Dal'. Dessert was an eggless and slightly heavy 'Gulab Jamun Crème Brulee'.
