The extensive menu in this forest-themed resto sections up into Indian, oriental and Italian/Continental. In Western-style food, do sample the prawns and corn cakes or aubergine balls with ‘pink’ sauce. For mains, chicken alfredo with prunes and olives, and prawns lasagna are wholesome. Pan Asian throws up good starters such as red-cooked paneer with fried glass noodles, crispy sesame prawns in Burmese sauce with crackling spinach and pomfret in chilli-cilantro dressing. An exciting variety of Indian kababs spans kurkure cheese, sizzling paneer angarey (with vodka!), sizzling prawns flambéed with brandy, gosht kheema-coated egg kababs, and more. In mains, the fiery Bikaneri paratha goes with cheese bhindi masala or prawns tender coconut (served in the shell), or the broccoli, spinach and bell pepper dal khichdi. Finish with a chocolate banana split, if you will.
