The ambience in this 24x7 eatery is pleasant, with a spacious, busy setting. Starters are delicious, with Lebanese hors d’oeuvres, cold cuts, cheeses and a make-your-own-salad section. The Oriental choices are generally delightful, with regular hits including variations on noodles and umami gravies packed with fresh broccoli, water chestnut, and more. Several live counters dole out fresh, creamy Italian fare, and a crêpe station also makes the soft French creations on order with toppings like gooseberry, mango, chocolate, etc. The Indian counter features a variety of spicy gravies from cuisines around the country – here, tender mutton curries mingle with well-spiced biryanis (topped with caramelised onions) and crisp rice papad. In à la carte, portions are fairly filling. Try their delicious Novotel club sandwich, packed with chicken, fried egg, bacon and cheese, or the simple aloo anardana with a soft gobi paratha.
