Let us introduce you to the land of dragons, “Ging” an Oriental Kitchen and Bar and open air dining restaurant situated in Hotel Royal Orchid Central, serving splendid Pan Asian culinary. Their menu is filled with Modern Oriental delicacies influenced by the hawkers of Malaysia, the seafood of Singapore and the quirk of Peranakan making one of a kind predominantly Chinese menu. They specialize in offering you healthy dining by bringing in their homemade flavors in the play that will suit your mood as the restaurant is prominent in using the organic ingredients which are sourced through local farms and are chemical free.

It’s the perfect place for you to come up with your squad and celebrate life as the word GING means gang in the world of Shakespeare. Additionally, it’s a great place for an intimate dining with your special one. The scenic view from the top of this restaurant is undisputed and can easily make you fall in love with this place. It’s a spacious restaurant with sophisticated ambience and vibrant seating arrangements. The tiny corner spaces are lit up with illuminating caged lamps and the mural dragon artwork on the wall is the highlight of this restaurant. You can start your feast with steamboat as its considered the hero of the dishes available in veg and non-veg. Then relish on their most cherished dim sums, for the veggies go for vegetable crystal dim sums or spicy vegetable chili basil if you love something spicy and the non-vegetarians can opt for chicken curry puff and pan fried lamb dim sums.

If you want to keep it light, then their small plates section is also a good choice to choose from. The ideal options for the vegetarians will be tofu & corn pops and crispy vegetables lao gan ma, as they are healthy for you. For non-vegetarians they have crab toast and red chilli chicken along with roasted chilli pork.
