De Sovrani has an attractive bar stocked with the choicest of spirits. The interiors are plastered in pastel shades and some bright blues along with led screens playing the latest in sports. The menu is crisp with a variety of finger food to nibble on with drinks. 'Paneer Tikka' has a subtle saffron flavour and the paneer used is of top quality. 'Mushroom Cheese Bites', 'American Corn Salt and Pepper' are a few vegetarian starters which are popular. With limited choice, the food is quite satisfactory and hits the right note.
