One of the popular microbreweries in the Jubilee Hills area, it is a huge place spread over three floors, with smart interiors and a podium for live performances. They brew 6 different beers, of which the wheat and cider stand out. Their molecular creation drinks deserve a mention, especially, 'Smoking Barrel' which is vodka and pineapple based. The menu has a long list of short eats, some of which adopt the principles of molecular gastronomy. 'Chilli Garlic Tempura Prawns' and 'Mushroom Duplex' are some of my favourites among these. 'Palak Patta Chaat' has spinach fritters presented with mint chutney foam here, and the taste justifies the looks of the dish. Among the main courses which range from Indian and Pan-Asian to continental, one can go for 'Nasi Goreng' or 'Mutton Roganjosh'. White 'Chocolate Brownie' is their signature dessert. Weekends are quite crowded here. On weekend nights they charge an entry fee for single men.
