The award-winning Italian restaurant, Zanotta dwelled on the sixth floor offering panoramic views of the city's skyline. The interesting fact about this restaurant is the two fine-dining experiential concepts - five course and eight course menu, inspired by two rivers of the region. The five-course menu extracts its inspiration from the river Lambro which flows through Lombardy and northern Italy, bringing with it the delicacies from the regions it flows through. The eight-course menu is named after the longest river Po which flows through Turin, Cremona, Placenza & Milan. Zanotta boasts of two live kitchens namely, Umbria and Dolce Dom. Umbria is an open kitchen, located in the centre of the restaurant. It is a place where chefs work in tandem, crafting dishes from scratch and boosting the overall vibe of the restaurant. The Dolce Dom is where the goodness of Italian desserts and the aroma of vanilla and chocolate complement the entire experience of the evening.
