Like most starred all-day dining restaurants in hotels across India, Viva at Holiday Inn has also stuck to the same formula to keep the crowds happy. The buffet breakfast with a lavish continental and Indian spread and the lunch buffet with classic Indian dishes tempered with a few continental dishes seems to be the winning formula. As far as the a la carte menu is concerned one the best things on the menu is the club sandwich with chicken, ham and egg while the BLT or the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich is a close second. For a delicious one pot meal, try the Kopi Tiam Laksa with prawns or the Khao Suey with vegetables. If you’re in for something lighter don’t forget to order their in-house Khichadi made with split green moong dal which you can opt to eat plain, with vegetables or masala. The Mudcake is one of the best desserts on the menu.
