Honk by Pullman is a speciality restaurant featuring a contemporary Pan Asian menu. This luxury dining restaurant has pleasing indoor seating and stunning Al-fresco dining with lush garden to walk and dine in. The food is inspired by the largest rice-growing countries including Thailand, Southern and Central China, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia and Burma. At Honk, the food is inspired by street-style cuisine popular in Asia and special emphasis is laid on procuring the right ingredients like the Soy Sauce from Singapore or the Low-Fat Tuna, like Maguro from Japan and more. They adopt various traditional cooking-style for rice like using Hot Stone, Clay Pot, Bamboo Leaf et al to extend the authentic taste from the recipe of that particular region. They have recently launched the Dimsum menu with a range of Dim Sums, Meal in a Bowl, Home Made Gelatos, Asian Teas and lots more. Every meal here is a joy from the very first bite to the last!
