Kabooze serves tried and tested Delhi favourites, and experimentation is not on the cards. This also implies that there are fewer chances of your order not matching your expectations. Most dishes that have been part of celebratory meals throughout your life have made their way into the menu. Their mutton biryani is a loose bouquet of fork-tender mutton on the bone and aromatic rice, that’s studded with hoops of green chilli. Murgh makhani, the menu darling of Delhiites, also pops up in a silken gravy that needs to be ideally mopped up with offerings from the restaurant’s bread basket. There are enough vegetarian options to satisfy the roots and shoots brigade while the Chinese section stays true to tried and tested fare.
