It was on a pleasant evening in Delhi when we chose to risk the traffic towards Gurgaon for a lavish luxurious dinner. It was a special occasion which deserved to be celebrated, hence we were sure we wanted to splurge. Our search ended up at this fabulous hotel Trident where we chose to try out ‘Cilantro’, after reading its’ great reviews. Cilantro is Trident’s all-day coffee shop and is just as luxurious as its house. The restaurant is a complete package when it comes to service, food and ambience. The moment you step into the foyer, you get the gist of what the place is all about. Every inch of Trident shouts money and the same affluence is projected in Cilantro. This fine dining restaurant is perfect for a late night hunger binge or an early breakfast before heading to work.
