Aqua lives up to its name, with a poolside space and an aura of blue over the place. Located inside the Park Hotel, it serves Continental, European, multicuisine and Spanish cuisines. Weekends are very busy due to party lovers who descend here. So it is a good idea to book before you decide to go there during that time. There is a host of things to choose from in food that include the blue cheese waldorf salad, muskmelon and parma ham salad, ginger soy glazed beef skewer, chermoula rubbed broccoli and tofu skewers, or the smoked chicken burger. The cold meat platter, fennel and lime marinated salmon, rosemary-scented steak, Indonesian butterflied barbecued chicken sizzler, and the date and ricotta pudding are recommended.
