Tulsi restaurant is located close to the engineering college and also the regional passport office so it serves the needs of both the students and those who come for official work. This vegetarian restaurant on the first floor has an excellent view of the long university road from one side of the restaurant where the windows overlook the road. The restaurant has placed their tables along the window and this offers a nice view, especially in the night when one can see the lights of the cars passing by. However, the décor of the place is in dark shades of grey which gives it a sombre look. The food here is decent and the prices low so it does not burn a hole in your pocket. Start with their Kebab Platter which has 12 pieces or try the Paneer Chilly Dry. You can even try their Paneer Manchurian or Gobi Manchurian if you like Chinese food. There are six types of sizzlers to choose from and other Chinese dishes to try. But if you want to try an Indian dish, go for their Tulsi Special Vegetable and pair it with Lasuni Naan.
