Thanks to this restaurant, travelling half-way across the world to get a taste of New York City is no longer necessary – well, at least speaking in strictly culinary terms. Amid cosy lamps, American pop music, and funky, laid-back interiors spread across two levels, you can dig into their menu largely inspired from popular food from the Big Apple. I cannot imagine why they simply could not do without a desi section offering kababs and biryanis, but I would recommend sticking to the theme of the place, and starting with some crispy, greasy onion rings or chicken wings. Post that; move on to either a NY-style pizza or burger (replete with Hickory barbecue sauce, Monterey jack cheese, and crispy bacon – the works), some Mexican street fare, or a nice meal of steak and mashed potatoes.
