The fine dine setting of the restaurant and quick service can get addictive. You will see all those aquatic tints and wooden tones which look great and set you up for a good meal. Start with ‘Mixed Seafood Soup’ and ‘Crab Soup’, both of these are well made and the broth packs in a lot of flavours. Apart from the seafood speciality, there is a range of Vegetarian and Chicken dishes too. Get the ‘Tandoori Stuffed Pomfret’ – stuffed with tandoor-smoked masala in the fish that is also rubbed with the same masala. It is a finished platter of fish and is different from the regulars. Do try the house special ‘Ghee Roast Tandoori Chicken’; ghee adds a different dimension to the dish altogether. Like the appetizers, even the seafood mains include a really good range of curries which are inspired by the various coasts of India. We tried the ‘Goan Prawn Curry’ and ‘Ambotik Pomfret’ and paired them with ‘Steamed Rice’. The ‘Ambotik’ curry is a great mix of tangy and spicy curry if you want to try something different and yet, classic. For dessert, you would love the special ‘Gulkand Kulfi’ and ‘Anjeer Kulfi’ that are made in-house.
