It is all in the ambience here, set in calming hues of blue, indigo and purple, interspersed with pristine white and quaint lantern lighting amid large sofa seats. The joint is spacious and the view romantic, if you are not in the mood to gather with friends and watch the most popular sport of the moment on their large screen television instead. There is a largely North Indian style menu here, where interesting shared appetizers for big groups include the vegetable galouti, paneer tiranga or veg cheese kababs. For non-vegetarians, the unusual anari murg flavoured with pomegranate, or the rozali mutton stuffed with coconut, carrots and cheese are excellent orders, unless you are ready to go all out and indulge in a slow-cooked, juicy Sikandari raan. For mains, order the chura paratha with any number of the mutton specials (bhara chop masala, nalli nihari, mutton korma), or the extensive list of chicken gravies, including the flavour-packed Lahori and lababdar. Also, worth an order is the soft paneer methi chaman and dahi pakoda kadhi, with either a Zafrani peas pulao or zesty lemon rice.
