One steps in with a lot of expectations. What after the buzz this place has been creating in the Capital? The stylish décor, snazzy sushi bar and varied seating, adds to the warm and relaxed ambience. Chef turned entrepreneur, Augusto Cabrera’s exhaustive menu is enticing, to say the least. Comfort world food, along with his signature Japanese cuisine, is what this place offers. What sets the menu apart, is Chef’s originality and inventive streak. There are enough vegetarian options too. 'Salmon Wakame in Yuzu Miso Dressing', with its light and well-balanced flavours, is a treat. 'Shokunin', is yet another masterpiece. The 'Pork Bibimbap' - their version of donburi, will leave any carnivore satiated. The 'Kra Prow with sticky Rice', however, pales in comparison. The 'Indian Kabab Platter' pleases the palate of those who do not particularly relish Japanese food. The contemporary plating of dishes, with a bold pairing of fresh, high-quality ingredients, in Chef’s inimitable style, enhances the dining experience. The service staff is articulate, a bit self-assured, but the service efficient.
