This new equestrian-themed pub from Dubai, makes an entry into Mumbai. Replete with horse-racing paraphernalia and classy wooden décor, it exudes a chic air but is not intimidating. Varied seating in the form of barrels used as stools, comfortable sofas and an exclusive private dining room are on offer. The swish bar is well-stocked and the bartenders adroitly craft drinks of your choice. The food menu is fairly exhaustive for a pub – soups, salads, burgers, wraps, mains and desserts. From traditional British pub favourites like Bangers and Mash to Pies and Fish and Chips, this place offers them all. The presentation is aesthetic and the ingredients are of good quality. Unfortunately, each dish lacks the authentic flavours and comes across as a medley of ingredients minus the punch. The Fritto Misto Di Mare - an assorted platter of fried fish, calamari and prawns is delightful. For carnivores, The Heart Attack, a double-layered lamb patty burger can prove to be a complete meal. The vegetarian options are fairly decent. The Mac And Cheese is comforting and filling. The staff is well-trained and communicates with ease about the concept as well as the menu offerings.
