This cosy restaurant with bright and elegant décor, exudes a homely vibe. The seating is comfortable and well-spaced out. The menu offers Japanese and Korean food along with some wine and beer options. There is a decent selection for vegetarians too. Start with the mildly flavoured 'Korean Seaweed Soup' or a spicy 'Meat Soup'. The 'Spinach Gomaae' with blanched spinach and a nutty sesame dressing, is a must try. The 'Pan-fried Chicken Gyoza' is an unparalleled treat. One can choose from an array of sushi and sashimi on the menu. The 'Avocado Maki and Crab Stick Maki' particularly stand out, as does the crunchy 'Salmon Roll'. Well-executed, these are a melange of flavours. Carnivores will relish the 'Miso Yaki Pork'. Among Korean dishes, the 'Kimchi Dubu Jeongol' - a tofu and pork hotpot, is a good bet as it is tasty and deeply satisfying. The food is authentic and flavourful. At first glance, it seems a wee bit overpriced, but given the good quality ingredients, it is justified. For dessert, the 'Matcha Cheesecake' or 'Chocolate Fondant' are worth trying. The service staff is polite and the service, warm and efficient. This place has an outdoor seating area too. This place has an outdoor seating area too.
