This sprawling café with immaculate décor, a cheerful vibe and oodles of natural light is a charming place to step in for a bite. A popular hotspot for corporates in BKC, it is packed for lunch. The limited menu offers all things healthy – salads, soups, sandwiches, smoothies, beverages, desserts. Lots of pieces of bread, desserts, small pots, granola, that one can take away too. The ingredients are fresh, of the best quality and oozing wellness. The 'Chicken Basil Sandwich' in a gluten-free buckwheat bread that I tried, laden with tomatoes, itsy-bitsy pieces of grilled chicken and soaked in excessively oily basil pesto, fell short on taste and flavours. The red protein pot with its fresh flavours and a mélange of textures is an instant winner. The 'Powerhouse Smoothie' with banana, dates, cocoa, almond milk and almond butter, packs a punch and is invigorating. The ‘breakfast specials’ available till 12;00 pm are worth a try. One can make one’s own salads, according to one’s palate preference. The staff at the counter is well-informed but a tad impatient. The service staff is alert and prompt.
