This high-energy, but easy-going place, exudes the charm of retro Chinese theatres interspersed with a modern Shanghai vibe. Sans gimmicks and theatrics, the food menu is straightforward and the ingredients reign supreme. The bar menu is equally well-crafted. Start with the 'Crab Rou with Enoki' - a clear crab and mushroom soup, with distinct flavours. Do not miss the 'Pork and Tempered Scallion' from the dumplings and pot stickers section. 'Spicy Hunan Potatoes' and 'Butter Garlic Pepper Squid', are dishes which wow your palate with old-school Chinese flavours. The food is unpretentious, high on flavours and presented aesthetically. Abundant choices for vegetarians too. The sizzling 'Dolsot Meat Bowls' are heart-warming and satiating. Try the 'Seven Spiced Chicken', which will tease your taste buds with its well-balanced flavours. Carnivores must not miss the 'Honey Pepper Lamb Rack' paired with chewy 'Yi-mein Noodles'.
