This Al fresco dining place with its upbeat décor and casual ambience looks magical at night. Small and intimate, it exudes an air of spaciousness. The menu is essentially Louisiana Creole cuisine-inspired, with small plates, salads, large plates and desserts. An extensive bar menu offers ample choice too. The wood-fired pizza oven is a highlight. Expect to enjoy food cooked with locally sourced, organic ingredients and seasonal produce. 'Chef Ajinkya' gives his characteristic twist to classics, retaining the core of the dish, yet teasing your palate with his inventiveness. The Farro Wheat Risotto' with mushrooms, leeks and parmesan is innovation at its best with the 'Arborio Rice' replaced by the farro wheat which offers a great bite and is lighter. The vegetables further offer a crunch which is heartwarming. Another must-try is the 'Heirloom Carrots', 'Feta', 'Roasted Almonds', 'Asparagus' and 'Snow Peas'. This delightful medley of vegetables screams freshness and is flavourful too. The ingredients are the hero in each dish and their freshness augments the experience. Do not miss the 'Goat Cheese Strawberry Pudding' with its unique tart and sweet flavours. The service is alert and the staff is warm.
