The simple and elegant interiors with well-spaced out tables, make for a cosy place which exudes a relaxed vibe. The menu primarily offers South Indian food from across various States with a special focus on seafood and some coastal fare. Abundant vegetarian options are available. Begin with the 'Sol Kadi' or the tangy 'Prawns Rasam'. The 'Brown Chana Poriyal' complements these. The tart and tangy, 'Bhindi Pulimunchi' is worth-a-try. Among non-veg starters, 'Fish Rava Fry' and 'Bombil Chutney', are exceptional. The 'Squid Masala Fry' pales in comparison with its coarse spices and masked flavours. Do not miss the value-for-money thalis here. For mains, the 'Ash Gourd and Crispy Bhindi Pachadi' and 'Kootu Curry' with well-balanced spices are palate pleasers. Carnivores must indulge in the street-style 'Mutton Tattukoda' or the 'Maharashtrian Mutton Curry'. The exhaustive menu is a fair representation of the stellar dishes of Southern India with authentic spices and ingredients contributing to the flavours. A few hits and misses do not, however, mar the overall experience. 'Pal Payasam' with jaggeried coconut could be creamier. The service staff although polite and helpful is a bit slow.
