What used to be the popular 'Mela' restaurant on the corner of Worli has now become China Bistro. Step inside and you feel like you are walking through a corridor to get to the main restaurant. Rather oddly shaped but plenty of space and you realize how big it is inside. There is not anything cafe or bistro-like with this space. Generic decor that adorns most Chinese restaurants with a statue of what is presumably a terracotta warrior at the entrance and little Oriental painting and knick-knacks all over. The food has its hits and misses but the emphasis here is on their pricing. It is value for money decent Indo-Chinese fare and pleasant service that leaves you satisfied at the end of a meal.
