The food scene is bustling in Mohali with new eateries opening up every few months. Even though it might be located a tad far from the city centre, the newly opened Brew Bros makes up with a huge space and a sky bar too. The microbrewery has a modern, industrial feel to it and has plenty of covers. It is an ideal place to throw your birthday party or dine-out in large groups. Packing in three floors and a basement, the microbrewery lies in the heart of Brew Bros. Not just the interiors but the slogans on the T-shirts worn by the servers are eye-catching too. The menu is robust and packs in global favourites. There is everything from Indian, Pan-Asian, Mediterranean, Pizzas, Burgers et al. If the menu seems intimidating, just head to the section that reads ‘Chef’s Special’. ‘Mountain Chaat’, ‘Molten Beetroot Kebab’, ‘Sausages in Oriental Style’ and ‘Lucknowi Mutton Chaap’ are some of the Chef’s specialities. The staff is quick to offer recommendations. The ‘Wonder Chicken’ though was a tad underwhelming. The ‘Hariyali Seekh Kebab’ was well done and went well with the wheat beer. Brew Bros is always offering promotions, so do ask your server when placing an order. It is a good place to unwind after a long day.
