The ground floor apartment of a residential building has been converted into this restaurant themed on the Uttam-Suchitra classic Saptapadi. Framed black and white photographs of Uttam Kumar and Suchitra Sen adorn the bright yellow walls, old Bengali classics play in the background and the food is served in polished terracotta crockery. The spread is a regular assortment of dishes one would expect at a Bengali restaurant with a few innovations thrown in. You could try the spicy achaari gandharaj murgi paired with parathas. But frankly, if you are looking for Bengali food, there are better options in the city.
