The kitchen at ITC Kakatiya is known for Telugu and Hyderabadi dishes. Deccan Pavilion a section in the menu called “Local Favourites” listing out some regional dishes. 'Nalli Gosht Ki Nihari' and 'Nellore Fish Curry' are my favourites from this section
From the Oriental section go for the 'Singaporean Laksa', the fragrant coconut-based broth from South-East Asia
Deccan Pavilion frequently hosts some interesting food festivals, when the appropriate section of the buffet (Indian, Continental or Oriental) is replaced by the food festival delicacies
