Bidri is the Indian restaurant at Marriott Hotel & Conventional Centre offering dishes from the cuisines of Hyderabad, United Punjab, and Awadh, along with some select local Telugu delicacies. The décor is regal with chandeliers and there is live Hindustani vocal or instrumental music to entertain you during the evening. Go for their 'Paya Shorba' (a Hyderabadi preparation of slow-cooked lamb trotters) to start the meal, along with 'Tulasi Paneer Tikka' or Hyderabadi 'Shikampuri Kabab'. You can also savour the 'Bidri Haleem' here all around the year. The 'Biryani' here is top-notch, especially the 'Lamb' version. Also, try out their 'Sufiyani Pulav' or the Awadhi 'Aloo Gobi Tehari'. 'Dal Bidri', the black lentil cooked with tomato and cream is also not-to-be-missed. Hyderabad 'Khubani Ka Meetha' and 'Double Ka Meetha' are the popular desserts here.
