A creative hangout nestled around the slopes of Sangolda − Deekhsha Thind and her sons Zora and Siddarth created Saraya. By definition, it means infinite − as one enters and walks down the stairs, water gurgling down the side, streams past the pizza oven to one’s right and the wooden benches in the garden, on either sides, finally towards the main hall that doubles up as an art gallery. It has a very ‘born-free’ Bohemian concept − ‘oneness’ with nature. The menu is inspired by a similar ethos, dedicating most of the preparations to organic and homegrown produce from the gardens out back. The availability of ingredients dictates the ever-changing menu. One of their fastest moving dishes is the herb-cooked mushroom filled with feta cheese, spinach caramelised onions, black olives and tomatoes.
