Unconventional and quaint would be the pat descriptor for this establishment nestled in the heart of the Latin quarters of Panjim. Chef Sanjeev Mulchandani aka Chef Saanjh has carved his credentials on the culinary scene in Goa with innovative concepts over the year and an ode to good ol home styled passionate cooking. Along with his signature style, this little establishment has lines thronging for a table. With the good food clean movement garnering favour with the locals he brings to the front rich ingredients with wholesome goodness; a two-punch combo for success. Start off with the recently introduced 'Japanese Kombu' and 'Cucumber Salad' - fresh, light and crunchy. The portions are plated for single consumption and are very reasonably priced. A well-balanced menu keeping in mind the vegetarians and meat lovers alike, this place will definitely entice you to visit them again. There is no alcohol served. Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Mulchandani is a laugh riot and has some quirky tales to share - meet him and get to know him.
