An idyllic location in the heart of Panjim, stands Down the Road, popularly known as DTR by Lyndon Furtado. It is a pub to unwind and rewind to the pulsating beat of the tunes which plays till the wee hours of the morning. The clock strikes at midnight, yet the people continue to dance. Go for a stroll along the streets overlooking the 300-year-old Patto Bridge and Rua de Ourem. It is a place for the young and the young at heart. There is something happening everyday of the week. Sit on the sinking sofas in an air-conditioned space, complete with large screens on either side of the pub. The bar with its perched up stools and embedded screens in the swanky display, is also another option to choose from. For the romantic in you, sit by the creek and soak in the moonlight. The fried calamari and the pepperoni pizza are the crowd favourites. With an eclectic bar, there is something on offer for everyone.
