Welcome to Boonies- a bistro concept that serves a crisp well-planned menu, ranging from soups and salads to well portioned main course delicacies. The Chef is creative by starting you off with the 'Tandoori Mushroom Soup', frothy and flavoursome with a hint of tandoori masala laced with mushrooms that hit one's palate. For a little extra zing, the 'Potato Wasabi Soup' is best chased down with a 'Pomegranate Martini' from the bar. The salads are a vegetarian lovers delight with the 'Compressed Watermelon Salad' topped with arugula, feta pomegranate and molasses. For a starter to go along with the drinks served, try the 'Bellpepper & Jalapeno Croquettes' and over to the mains has the 'Belgian Pork Belly' - 12-hour sous vide pork belly served with potatoes, zucchini, green pea mash and red wine sauce.
