San Gimignano, this idyllic restaurant with an exquisite vintage aura, serves some of the finest and authentic Italian food in town! Located in The Imperial, New Delhi, this spot delivers an elating experience and ensures a great time with the best of food, drinks and vibes, just for you!


To start off your gastronomical journey here, have the oh-so-amazing, Minestrone Toscana Di Verdure (L) , an authentic Tuscan seasonal vegetable broth, which includes sweet greens peas, Pumpkin, Cannellini beans, Riso pasta & Root veggies. For the non-veg lovers Tortellini Ai Brodo (R)  is one of the best option to have, Home made chicken tortellini with chicken broth, it has never tasted this good.


The Crostini Di Fegatini (L) is this delicious and crispy delight that you cannot get enough of! A crispy base of bread topped with chunky Chicken Liver cooked to perfection in Butter and freshly chopped Parsley mixed with chopped Capers, Salt and Black Pepper. For veggie lovers try the Insalata Tiepida Di Funghi Con Formaggio Chevre (R) this dish will win your heart.


We are talking about Italian so how can we forget about Pasta? Try their Penne Rigate Alla Pomodoro (L) (it contains nuts). Freshly boiled Penne, tossed in tangy tomato sauce and topped with creamy buffalo cheese, this pasta tastes amazing. Also, their Lasagne Alla Firenze (R) is something that you must try! Made with soft lasagne sheets layered with traditional tenderloin with cheese sauce and crust of parmesan cheese.


Melenzane Alla Parmigiana (L) (contains nut & gluten) is a main that consists of slices of crumb fried eggplant, layered with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. This mouthwatering delight is a game-changer. Pan Brasata Spigola Cilena Con Capperi, Vino Bianco, Verde E Olive Kalamata (R) is this damn delicious and mesmerizing Pan braised Chilean sea bass cooked with Capers, white wine, veggies, and kalamata olives.


Talking about some sweet tooth so you definitely try the Panna Cota Con Fragole (L) marinate, creamy sweet cake topped with marinated strawberry that will melt in your mouth as you take a bite. Also try their Tiramisu (R) (which contains dairy, Gluten and egg). Ladyfinger cookies soaked in coffee, topped with the Mascarpone cheese and cocoa have never tasted this good!
