Owned by Zorawar Kalra and established in Mumbai in October 2013, Masala Library was conceptualized by Jiggs Kalra using molecular gastronomy techniques to create exquisite cuisine which is exceptionally high-quality, skilfully prepared and artfully presented delighting the senses. It goes beyond just satisfying hunger, aiming to create a memorable and elevated dining experience. Their cuisines involve the use of premium and fresh ingredients, creative flavour combinations, and meticulous attention to detail in cooking and plating.


This exquisite type of cuisine often showcases the expertise of the chef and culinary team, who carefully curate the ingredients, flavours, and presentation to deliver a cohesive and exceptional dining experience. Chefs here specialize in creating delectable cuisine and are known for their culinary expertise, innovation, and passion for food.
