FAQs

Q1: Is it okay to store the smoothies in the fridge after making them?

A: If you need to prep drinks ahead, add a teaspoon of lemon juice before refrigerating them to them from oxidation.

Q2: Is it necessary to use frozen fruits while making the smoothies?

A: Frozen fruit is preferable as It blends up thicker than fresh fruit and gives you a really cold smoothie to enjoy after blending. If you don't have frozen fruit, freeze your fresh fruit for 30 minutes before blending or add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.

Q3: What kind of milk is best for making smoothies?

A: Almond milk is great if you prefer a nutty flavor and want your smoothies to be vegan. On the other hand, coconut milk gives a creamier flavor. You can also use normal dairy milk or any type of specific milk as per your flavor and thickness preferences.
