The best breakfast in Dubai serves up morning staples like eggs or pancakes until noon. French toast with maple toffee sauce is a winner- with malt ice cream and peanut crumble. The bread is Brioche but not at all spongy; it still has lots of toast texture and gets a big thumbs-up on that. I get the 'Moroccan Scramble' which comes stacked and speared beside a 'Chickpea Side Salad'. Overall, the merguez sausages, avocado, red pepper, and onion pressed between slices of Ciabatta are excellent. The brilliance of the ingredients is apparent with every bite. The 'Wild Mushroom Benedicts' is to die for, the croissants ladled with a generous portion of truffles and truffle oil, served with a side of organic eggs. Count on a chill, welcoming vibe and a delicious meal; Cocoa Room is definitely a solid Dubai breakfast spot.
