When this restaurant opened it intended to recreate the splendour of the Sikh court. Singh Sahib is named after Maharaja Ranjit Singh and the first menu harked back to the royal cuisine of his era. These days, however, it caters mainly to a later generation of Punjabis and they’ve opted for straightforward North Indian food. But because so many of Eros hotel’s guests are Punjabis who know their own cuisine, its popularity is a testament to the authenticity of the food.

There is no sight more tempting to an Indian foodie then succulent morsels of meat simmering in a spicy gravy. All you want to do is reach out for a crispy flatbread and sink into the luscious goodness. You can do that at ‘Singh Sahib’ where the chefs have a range of tempting curries for your pleasure. Located nicely at Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi, you will find delicious North Indian food prepared by the chefs. Management has tried to capture the royal grandeur of Sikh court. Inspired heavily from era of Maharaja Ranjit Singh the owners have left no stones unturned to impress the patrons. The décor is stunningly beautiful adapted straight from the pages of Punjabi royal family album. Wide open room washed in pale colour and gilded ceiling dotted with huge crystal chandeliers makes a lovely sight. You will be awestruck in all this fabulous ambience.
