This fun Asian & Modern Indian Bistro Bar is in Rajinder Nagar, West Delhi. It is Chef Jasneet Sahni's second masterpiece, after Lanterns Kitchen & Bar. In an area where people are sceptical about experimenting, Pikkle stands boldly with grace. The place is huge and spacious with comfortable seating areas. Their bar adorns one breadth of the restaurant, a DJ console, a live entertainment stage, a live sushi bar and outside seating is also available. Pikkle specializes in Pan Asian, Italian, Chinese and Modern Indian dishes. Whatever you may order, the journey at Pikkle starts with a robust platter of a pickle sampler. Their cocktails like ‘Tequila Negroni’ are aged in barrels for weeks to enhance the flavour and that adds the ‘’Pikkle’’ twist to the drink. Slurp the heady ‘Pikkled Margarita’ and ‘Romeo Must Die’ alongside your food. Kickstart your culinary journey here with the ‘Smoked Corn Soup’, followed by the ‘Pikkle Signature Salad’ and ‘Dum Ki Pasliyan, Mutton Au-Jus’. If you love Pan-Asian cuisine then, you must not miss ‘Mame Nori Roll’, ‘Naughty Girl Sushi’ ‘Chicken Chilli Oil Dumpling’ and ‘Prawn Sui Mai’.
