Nagaland's Kitchen, as the name, suggests brings flavorful and tasty Naga Cuisine to the capital city of India. Along with authentic flavours and ingredients, the restaurant has a theme-based décor with the dim lights, cane furniture, and rustic, tribal artefacts immediately give you the North-East feels. The flavours of garlic, chilli and bamboo are quite dominant in their dishes and are quite pleasing too. The 'Pork Ribs' are melt-in-the-mouth delicious. The adventurous may try the ‘Raja Mirch Vodka Shots’, but it would be wise to anticipate momentary numbness of the tongue and lots of tears. A portion of their ‘Chicken' and 'Pork Steamed' momos are not-to-be-missed.
