Designed by Thai architect Khun Lek Bunnag, The Roseate opens its massive doors to its hotel bar, IAH. This indoor-outdoor bar, like the rest of the hotel, has been designed to combine Thai and Indian sensibilities and is mostly empty, serving in-house guests and weary business travellers on their way to the airport. Drinks like gin-based Singapore sling and Glacier Blue Martini are fully-flavoured but the LIIT leaves a lot to be desired. The pomegranate-infused murg kandhari tikka is finger licking good.
