
This is one of Delhi’s best restaurants at its price point. It serves modern Indian food in café type surroundings at prices that are much lower than other restaurants with similar ambitions: Indian Accent or Varq. Some of the food uses the techniques of molecular gastronomy but most of it just comprises witty variations on normal Indian food. A cheeni paratha is boosted by the addition of foie gras butter. The samosa is made with duck. The cheesecake is bookended with two Glucose biscuits. Highly recommended.
