The Hyatt Regency has had a troubled relationship with Indian food and even now this restaurant is plagued by rumours that it will eventually be closed to make way for something new. Till that happens, however, this is a perfectly acceptable hotel restaurant, with good food and lots of paneer on the menu. No vegetarian will be disappointed because the hotel’s vegetarian owners have ensured that there are plenty of non-meat options on the menu.
