I have had multiple meals at this restaurant – breakfast, lunch, dinner and even a Sunday brunch. Being the only full-fledged, all-day dining restaurant of the hotel, you may think that the food may be repetitive. On the contrary, every meal is something to look forward to. The spread has been designed to include things that you are familiar with – like biryanis, kebabs, a live pasta and wood-fired pizza counter and a large spread of desserts. But what it also does is include a range of dishes that you know of, but would not really rustle up at home – think a large spread of ingredients and dressings to make up your own salad – choose to include exotic ingredients like salmon, octopus, tenderloin, dry fruits and more. This is perhaps one of the handfuls of buffets that will have 'Gravlax Salmon', 'Tenderloin Carpaccio', 'Octopus Sushi' alongside an entire mezze spread. And, the suckling 'Pig Roast' that is served up at the Sunday Brunch is quite a delight. Do not hesitate to be the first one to ask for the little fellow to be sliced up! The Nest, which is the bar placed next door to the restaurant rustles up some lovely cocktails and mocktails and the cold fresh juices are the real deal. The dessert spread takes up an entire section of the airy restaurant and you should check out what they have before you sit down to your meal. The 'Mango Chocolate Mousse', in particular, was really nice.
