This restaurant is on the first floor in Sepal Olivia complex in Bopal, just under the newly constructed flyover on the SP Ring Road. It is a large restaurant which has been done up in contemporary style. The chairs have blue upholstery and the walls are beige and brown with some white on the ceilings. The lift here opens up to the reception area of the restaurant. Each table has a cute doll-sized statue of men and women dressed in Indian clothing of various regions to add an interesting touch to the décor. The staff is well dressed and courteous but could do with a bit more training as far as service is concerned. The food at We Desi is a fusion of global dishes with an Indian touch, so, you will find Italian dishes with a bit more spice than the original. You have lots of varieties of soups and salads here. They also have soup in a bread bowl. Again try their signature 'Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup'. For a light starter, try the 'Mexican Tortilla Salad' or if you are looking for something heavy, go for the 'Vegetable Mezze Platter'. They also serve a nice 'Cheese Fondue'. For the main course, you have lots of choices. Try the 'Four Cheese Risotto' or 'Gnocchi In Saffron Sauce'. If you want to go for Indian dishes, order the 'Paneer Tikka Garlic Methi Masala' or 'Corn Kofta Masaledar'.
