Located on the second floor of the well known Dereon heights, the restaurant has already made a hype in the neighbourhood. The restaurant has two sections - one with an open bar and cosy seating arrangement, another with open-air terrace seating. The open bar seating is a bit dark with an ambient lighting system. The Steak on a Stone concept which is only available at Monk's & Blue's can be worth trying as it is a different and unique experience. You get your steak on Himalayan salt stone and you have to cook it on same; the concept is brilliant. Do try 'Vanilla Panacotta', the texture of the dessert is super light and it has perfectly balanced flavours.
