Located in the Xion Mall in Hinjawadi, Hub is an interesting mix between a lounge, café and a rooftop restaurant. The lounge is spacious with a fun vibe and sectioned into three areas – a family seating area, a dance floor and a buffet layout area. ‘BBQ On The House’ is a signature starter with both veg or non-vegetarian option. It is presented on a grill with well-marinated greens and kebabs. From Chinese menu, I liked Chinese style baby corn fritters. They were crisp, sweet and sour with lots of soya and chilli sauce to perk up the taste. Do not miss ‘Preetams Gol Gappas’ – a platter of gol gappas accompanied with sprout and potato filling served with tamarind chutney and sour n spicy green paani. ‘Wings On Fire’ – a portion of chicken wings on a hot sizzling platter which is flambéed with a shot of vodka at your table. Have some refreshing mocktails ‘Mint Julep’ with pomegranate juice or a ‘Strawberry Daiquiri’, to tone down the spicy grub. Indian Tandoor items, biryani, Royal Lal Maas, Malai Makhmali Kofta, ‘Subzi Ka Thela’, ‘Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani’ are hot selling items. Wind up your meal with Tiramisu or Chocolate Lava Cake. Or try their Gulab Jamun with vanilla ice-cream.
