FC Grill House is a favourite of many, for the great food it serves and some fine drinks too. Located on the first floor, this space offers a wide view of FC Road. If you are here post daylight, you can find your faces lit and covered with the florescent light which seems trippy and interesting. The extensive menu of drinks offers a range of beers and some classic cocktails. Even the food menu is elaborate and has some of the classic options we are familiar with. Try the ‘Jalapeno and Cheese Poppers’ – heaps of cheese and they are mildly spiced. The other appetizers we tried include ‘Tandoori Prawns’ – these are quite spicy, the seafood menu changes every day based on the availability. With all that food, come some great drinks and beers. The ‘Sunshine LIIT’ is a nice choice if you like every type of alcohol in a single drink. The mains include some Pastas and Pizzas, but the talking point is the Indian and Chinese cuisine available here. The ‘Paneer Kadhai’ is what we tried and it is really balanced in flavours and rich on the palate. From the non-veg fare, try the ‘Mutton Roghan Josh’. Pair the curries with ‘Lachcha Paratha’ and ‘Cheese Garlic Naan’, as pleasing as it can get. For desserts, we ordered the ‘Mango and Lime Panna Cotta’; it takes inspiration from the Asian countries, perfect wobble and great taste to end your meal with.
