The other things that surely deserve a mention are those 'Large Plates made with Seafood of your choice. The most fascinating one is the ‘Martin’ that is this Baby Lobster cooked in red chillies and garlic, tossed in butter, it is surely one of the finest Lobster preps you would have ever tasted. The similar type of intricacy and simplicity is seen in most of the other dishes you choose. For instance, the ‘Windsor’ which is this fillet of Norwegian Salmon cooked with wasabi cream and served with a really zingy lemon butter sauce. That fillet is one that will last in your memory for a really long time. It is also because the lemon-butter combination never fails to appeal. It was certain I would talk about the mains first and the appetizers later, because they really need that mention before anything else. The desserts are in fact, classic and so much that they have not changed anything much ever since 20 years.
