As the name suggests, this restaurant has a breezy, open-air layout with shiny black seating and patio umbrellas juxtaposed with a verdant lawn and an artificial waterfall. The short (but substantial) à la carte menu here primarily features Western barbecue and desi tandoori dishes, along with salads and Mediterranean fare such as pastas and pizzas. The live grills should be your first port of call, of which they dish out a staggering variety – from tender blackened kingfish marinated in a special spicy seasoning mix, pesto garlic prawn skewers, tenderloin teriyaki with a hint of cinnamon, and even a boozy beef steak marinated in brandy, to vegetarian offerings such as crispy potato skins and mushroom brochettes. These can be accompanied by scrumptious portions of garlic bread, couscous pilaf or parsley buttered rice.
